I’m so proud to be running the Berlin Marathon this September in support of the Allyson Whitney Foundation, a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart.
Each year, more than 70,000 young adults between the ages of 15 and 39 are diagnosed with cancer. The Allyson Whitney Foundation is dedicated to helping this often-overlooked age group by providing “Life Interrupted Grants”—financial support that helps cover essential costs like transportation, rent, fertility preservation, medical bills, wigs, and holistic therapies. To date, they’ve awarded over $690,000 nationwide, offering real relief to those navigating the toughest moments of their lives.
This mission means a lot to me personally. I recently lost my mom to cancer, and through that experience, I saw firsthand how critical a strong support system is for anyone facing this illness. The Allyson Whitney Foundation is helping build that network for young adults who might not have it otherwise. I believe deeply in what they’re doing, and I’m honored to be fundraising to help amplify their impact.
Your generosity powers this mission. Every dollar raised on this page will go directly to the Allyson Whitney Foundation to support young adults with rare cancers and raise awareness around their needs. Thank you so much for being part of this journey.
