This year in honor of Hal’s birthday, I am sharing a fundraiser for the Allyson Whitney Foundation, an organization that provides hope for young adults facing cancer. A cancer diagnosis is devastating and can turn a life and family upside down in an instant. The AWF provides Life Interrupted Grants for young adults, Hope Bags for those going through treatment and also donates to research happening to find a cure for rare cancers. I know many of you are facing hardships right now, so more than anything, I am spotlighting this non-profit to bring awareness to the good they are doing in so many lives and the hope that we will continue to fight for a cure to such a deadly disease.
