The Allyson Whitney Foundation Over the Rainbow Gala

Venue: Villa Venezia Middletown, New York

What a night was had by all who joined us on this magical fundraising event. Once again creating an enchanting evening were co- chairs Katrina Wolenski & Barbara Strong.With over 200 in attendance, our hearts were filled with love and gratitude. We couldn’t have accomplished this without the help of our spectacular volunteers! Shout out to our local young adults who joined us to volunteer to lend a hand in making the evening wonderful.

Lucky to have our cocktail music performed by Cathy Paty & Chuck Dorman. The DJ services by Danny & team along with the fun photo booth were compliments of Music Masters. Actress Ashley Morgan Bloom dazzled us as the hostess emcee of the evening. The room was compassionate and empathetic as our young warrior Alexandra spoke. We were thrilled to have with us, Dr. Marc Burnett author of Permission to Feel. He led an entertaining and quick workshop on emotional resilience. We can’t forget Jared Kaufman’s speech about endurance and how he overcame his challenge with the help of his wife Julie. He also acknowledged all our charity runners in attendance & those that have run for AWF to help us tremendously in all our pursuits to young adults diagnosed with cancer. 

AWF is overwhelmed with the support of our longtime suppporters, donors and sponsors. These donations fuel our passion and quest to continue Ally’s work.

The night was extra special as an anonymous donor pledged to match all donations! The match funds will continue through Giving Tuesday and End of the Year Giving.
