The Allyson Whitney Foundation is proud and honored to welcome our newest Board Member, Ellyn Solis. Born and raised in Sullivan County, now residing in New Jersey, Ellyn has been a dedicated supporter and cherished friend of the Foundation since its earliest days.

Ellyn has shared a long-standing friendship with the Strong family and has been involved with AWF since its inception. From supporting our earliest 5K events to more recently serving as both a Gala Committee Member and Host, her commitment and enthusiasm have made a lasting impact.

Professionally, Ellyn is an accomplished public relations strategist and the Founder and President of e2PR, an entertainment and lifestyle PR firm. She began her career at Rogers & Cowan Public Relations and went on to hold positions at Atlantic Records and Sony Music (Epic/550 Music). Throughout her career, she has worked with an impressive roster of artists, including Robert Plant, Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine, Celine Dion, BTS, and Alice in Chains, among many others.

Ellyn has proudly volunteered with the Allyson Whitney Foundation in many capacities over the years, and this marks her first time serving on the Board of Directors. She is excited to contribute to AWF’s continued growth and mission.

Ellyn is also a proud mother to her daughter, Esme, a senior at the University of Delaware and a congressional intern on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
