The Allyson Whitney Foundation (AWF) is excited to share that new relationships and resources have been added to our website under Equine TherapyLillian Dugan, LCSW, and Milo’s Mission. These new listings reflect our continued effort to provide young adults with rare cancers access to diverse, holistic, and meaningful support options.

Healing Through Equine Therapy

Equine therapy, or equine-assisted therapy, offers an innovative and deeply healing experience through guided interaction with horses. This therapeutic approach encourages mindfulness, emotional awareness, and confidence, helping individuals navigate the mental and emotional challenges of a cancer journey.

 Lillian Dugan, LCSW
A licensed clinical social worker, Lillian Dugan brings extensive experience supporting individuals coping with chronic illness, anxiety, and trauma. Her compassionate approach focuses on emotional strength and overall well-being.
